60,000 people in the Procession of the Tsar's Days in Yekaterinburg

After the execution of the Sacrament of Communion, at about 02:30, the procession with 60,000 people to the monastery of the Royal Passion-bearers began to the site of which the Royal remains were destroyed in the Ganin Yam tract in 1918. Throughout its length, the cross procession was accompanied by 15 mobile help groups of the Orthodox Relief Service and volunteers of the Tsarist days, providing all-round assistance to pilgrims.

Volunteers of the Nika charity foundation at several points along the routes handed out bottles of drinking water to all who were thirsty, and the sisters of charity provided the first aid to the crusaders. At about 6 o'clock in the morning the column of the procession led by the clergy reached the monastery in the name of the Holy Royal Martyrs on the Ganina Pit. Pilgrims and clergy fraternity of the monastery met with a bell ringing.
