Russian Imperial Movement march marking the birthday of the last Tsar









The Russian Imperial Movement (RID), marked the birthday of the last Tsar of Russia, Nicholas II Alexandrovich, with a procession in St. Petersburg. It began on May 19th near the walls of the Holy Resurrection Christ Memorial Church (Savior on Blood), erected at the place of the deadly assassination of terrorists by the grandfather of Emperor Nicholas II, Alexander II Nikolaevich.

A cross procession gathered over 300 Orthodox people, who, following the great icon of the Holy Royal Martyrs from the Church of the Holy Great Martyr. RID militants and fighters of the Imperial Legion took an active part in the procession. They unfolded a multimeter black-and-white Russian flag carrying it after the great icon of the Royal Martyrs.


Imperial legionnaires who received baptism in Novorossia, guests from Serbia went to the procession, where the veneration of Sovereign Nicholas II and His martyrdom is very common. RID Coordinator Stanislav Vorobyev reminded that at the present stage for Russia, Emperor Nicholas II is the most important saint, to which prayer should be offered in every church, where his icons must be on a mandatory basis, and in the most visible place.

“The Russian people are God's chosen people, but today, as a result of spiritual and alien occupation, they are not fulfilling their mission, forcibly kept in the path of sin and death to this day. To change the situation, once again returning to the correct path is possible only with the help of the Emperor-martyr, ”said Stanislav Vorobyev.
